Friday Afternoon

Well it’s been about 2 1/2 weeks of staying dry, and enjoying a pint in downtown pub here. Hubby is fixing several broken chairs in a pub while I post to blog. I’m still working on my “Its Healing Time” post and hope to finish it by the weekend. I cannot believe that it is almost Dec. and I’m still wearing a hoodie and jeans here in Toronto. I’m not complaining, it’s been an asolutely beautiful autumn and some how it doesn’t seem like Xmas is only about 30 days away. No snow, no cold, no frost and I’m so so happy to be warm….the longer this goes on the shorter our sometimes harsh winter will seem.
Couldn’t ask for more. In the meantime I’m wishing all my neighbours and tweeps south of the border a HAPPY THANKSGIVING.

Back to blog a little later!

Beloved Always

THE SOFT LIGHT OF A MOON
FEATHER LIKE SNOW FLAKES
THE UNCERTAINTY OF
OVERWHELMING DESIRES
STIRRED BY
THE MAN, THE MENTOR
THE MAGICIAN WHO
CAPTURES A SOARING HEART.

THE AORTA SINGS, JUMPS, SKIPS
AND THE BEAT IS ALWAYS STRONG
I FEEL HIS HAND ON
MY HEAVING BREAST
AND THE TOUCH OF HIS
BREATH WARMING
THE DEPTHS OF MY INNER SOUL
HIS COMPLETELY
OFFERED WILLINGLY
MY LOVER’S, TO KEEP
HIS VERY OWN.

IF BY SOME SILENT
SONNET
I PRAY HE HEARS
THE REALITY OF MY LOVE
TEMPERED
WITH RESPECT AND
THE NEVER-ENDING MELODY
OF A BEAUTIFUL BOND!

Autumn

I’m riding in sheer exquisite light
The autumn sun warms my neck
And as I look to the North,
I know your there.
Oh the rolling black clouds with
light piercing through hitting my face
God it’s electric, you are so near
It’s the magic hour and the light
Takes me to the trip back to you
I feel warm and giddy,
my knees peddle to stay
steady and an autumn canvas
opens before
my eyes
I only wish you could see as I see now
I merely hope you feel the feeling
I am living now
And as the path comes to a close and home
I arrive……….
I will sink into a tub loosing my heart
As I do each and every night.

Deepest Pool

I was swimming in a dark pool
Deep down as my body cut the water
I began to rise slowly to a beam of light
At the surface I saw his shadow
Cradled in moonlight.

The water felt cool round my breasts
And perhaps the trees were just playing tricks
I blinked my water filled eyes
There he stood against the backdrop of stars
A most beautiful angel of a man

My heart melting each and every beat
He held all the stars in the palm of his hand
And they ran through his fingers like grains of sand
He stayed till he promised
Until one little star fell into the pond
And I vanished…

Indian Summer

What a gorgeous day, a bbq and a beer and the sun freckling my face again.  It’s been very quiet and relaxing kind of day, continuing to write “It’s Healing Time” for the New Orleans blog.

Off to feed the face, and share some one on one time with my hon!
